Private classes allow for personalised classes and feedback and therefore faster results.

After an initial free assessment where we will discuss any specific areas where you would like to improve, whether that be posture, core strength, or lower back pain. We will work together, following a personalised plan tailored to your aims and needs.

For the best results, weekly classes are recommended.  

​

One half an hour Private Classes is £10.
